Is the leather genuine full-grain?
Yes. We use full-grain leather from the top layer of the hide. It holds its structure and develops a patina with wear.
Can I get it engraved with my initials?
Yes. Initials, a name, or a date can be engraved on the leather. Free engraving is included on qualifying orders this week.
How fast is delivery outside Lagos?
Lagos orders can ship within 4 hours. Outside Lagos, we dispatch on the next available run and share tracking as soon as the bag leaves.
Does it fit a 15-inch laptop?
Yes. The padded compartment is sized for a 16" MacBook Pro or any 15.6" business laptop, with a charger sleeve and cable pocket.
What's your return policy?
Unused bags can be returned within the stated return window. Personalized or engraved pieces are made to order and may not be eligible for return.
How do I care for the leather over time?
Wipe with a dry cloth, keep it away from prolonged moisture, and condition occasionally. A handwritten care card ships with every bag.
What if the bag develops a fault?
Get in touch with photos of the issue. Manufacturing faults are covered, we'll address it as needed.
